DEN Cohorts—A New Way to Connect, Learn, and Grow


The Digital Executive Network (DEN) is excited to introduce the DEN Cohorts Program—a new initiative designed to bring together members intentionally, and consistently.

We know that powerful connections drive business success. That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce the DEN Cohort Program—a structured way to gather senior leaders based on identity, role, and industry focus. 

These intimate groups are designed to foster deeper connections, facilitate meaningful knowledge exchange, and provide tailored resources to help you navigate the ever-evolving consumer space. Through curated discussions, exclusive events, and peer-led learning, our cohort members will gain direct access to insights, strategies, and opportunities from fellow executives who share similar challenges and ambitions.

Whether you're looking to expand your network, solve business-critical challenges, or tap into new growth strategies, DEN Cohorts offer a dedicated space to make it happen. Navigating the complexities of leadership, growth, and industry shifts is better when done together.

To kick off the program, we’re launching two inaugural cohorts, each led by industry experts and seasoned executives.

Introducing Our First Cohorts

DEN Women
A space for executive women to connect, collaborate, and elevate one another. Co-led by Meghan Holzhauer (STATE Bags, CMO) and Rebecca Zarate (WeClique, Founder/CMO) this cohort will focus on leadership development, mentorship, and strategies for advancing women in the industry.

DEN Founders
For founding entrepreneurs shaping the future of digital commerce. This cohort, led by Jen Yu (Jaxon Lane, Co-Founder) and Shane Pittson (So&So, Founding Partner), will provide a forum to discuss scaling strategies, funding, leadership challenges and more.

DEN Growth

For performance leaders, marketers, growth strategists and operators focused on scaling their businesses. Led by Lara Cherem (Founder & Head of Marketing at Porto Collective (formerly VP of Growth Marketing at Custom Ink), and Michael Bair, Founder of Bair Consulting (formerly SVP of Customer Experience at FIGS), will curate topics designed to keep revenue drivers leaders ahead of the curve.
