April 2025
The DEN (Digital Executive Network) is excited to introduce DEN Growth, part of our inaugural Cohorts Program, designed to build on meaningful and consistent connections among members.
Growth is more than a metric — it's a mindset. The DEN Growth Cohort unites revenue-focused leaders across marketing, digital, e-comm, and finance to collaborate on strategies that drive results. Whether you're scaling DTC, optimizing acquisition, or refining your retention and customer experience to keep customers coming back, this is the room for bold ideas and sharper execution.
Co-led by Lara Cherem (Head of Marketing, Porto Collective; formerly VP of Growth at Custom Ink), and Michael Bair (Founder, Bair Consulting; formerly SVP of CX at FIGS), the cohort is built for real-talk conversations and hands-on collaboration to keep revenue driven leaders ahead of the curve.
Join tailored programming, interactive discussions, and exclusive networking designed for the consumer industry’s unique challenges. Potential topics could be scaling without sacrificing brand, activating first-party data, and rethinking retention in a post-cookie world–plus insights on optimizing channel mix, tech stacks, and the balance between in-house and outsourced execution.
