The DEN (Digital Executive Network) is excited to introduce DEN Women, part of our inaugural Cohorts Program, designed to build on meaningful and consistent connections among members.
The DEN Women Cohort is a group of senior leading women who gather to connect, collaborate, and elevate one another through sharing the tools, network, and inspiration needed to lead with confidence and clarity in a constantly evolving industry.
Co-led by Meghan Holzhauer, Founder of Stojo (formely STATE Bags CMO) and Rebecca Zarate, Founder/CMO of WeClique (formerly Redbubble CMO), DEN Women focuses on leadership development, peer-mentorship, and strategies for advancing women in leadership.
The group gathers around topics that matter most: career planning, emerging industry trends, building your AI tech stack, mastering self-care, and growing your personal brand. Whether you're exploring new channels or building community around your brand, this cohort is designed to support your next move, with a circle of women who get it.

Meghan Holzhauer
Co-Founder & CMO, Stojo | NYC
Passionate design and personal style enthusiast, Meghan outfits her home and wardrobe with vintage and secondhand finds. She’s excited to lead this cohort and connect with the brilliant minds behind bold brands.
Currently obsessed with AI (who isn’t!?), she brings a natural ability to connect people, ideas, and energy. She creates warm, fun, collaborative spaces where everyone is encouraged to shine.
Thrilled to co-lead with Rebecca, they complement each other with a balance of creative and operational strengths. She’s looking forward to deepening her connection to the DEN community.
Rebecca Zarate
Founder & CMO, WeClique | SF Bay
Before her retail marketing career, Rebecca spent years in the art world—running a gallery and placing artists in notable collections. Now, she’s thrilled to lead the DEN Women cohort and bring dynamic women together to collaborate, grow, and amplify each other’s impact.
She’s currently obsessed with social shopping and how it’s reshaping commerce through community and interactivity. Her secret sauce? Building inspiring communities that spark action.
She creates spaces where real talk, accountability, and bold ideas thrive and is excited for her and Meghan's balanced vision and execution, as well as deepening her leadership and network through this experience.

April 30 – DEN Women x RevelOne: The Evolution of the Talent Market
Our first content-forward session was in collaboration with RevelOne on April 30, taking a look at how AI is redefining hiring, teams, and leadership in a shift from talent scarcity to surplus. Here are the slides!
A few key themes that came up:
-
Hiring has been slower and more strategic, with AI enabling leaner teams.
-
We now need to be not only creative and analytical, but AI-literate too.
-
Project-based interviews, personal branding, and staying top-of-mind are key.
-
& Above all: human-centered leadership is more important in an AI era, not less.
