DEN Founders Cohort

Fellow Builders Who Get It

April 2025

The DEN (Digital Executive Network) is excited to introduce DEN Founders, part of our inaugural  Cohorts Program, designed to build on meaningful and consistent connections among members.

Founding is a job like no other. The DEN Founders Cohort unites visionary builders navigating the highs, lows, and in-betweens of launching and scaling consumer-focused businesses.

We'll gather bold entrepreneurs leading digital-first companies across retail, tech, and consumer, and create a space where candid insight meets trusted peer support. A space built for strategic exchange, leadership development, and real-world advice from people who’ve been in the trenches and are still charting new paths.

Whether you’re navigating growth, raising capital, hiring senior talent, or just trying to stay sane while scaling, this cohort offers founder-to-founder dialogue and the collective brainpower to help you move faster and smarter, together.

Join in on tailored programming, interactive discussions, and exclusive networking opportunities designed to address the unique challenges faced by founders in the consumer industry.

What We've Been Up To...

June 13 | Founder Friday Mastermind: Lean Coffee Style Discussion

The group decided to operate their discussion Lean Coffee style – structured, but agenda-less meetings where topic options are prompted by participants to start, voted on as a group, and prioritized based on collective interest and relevance in the moment.

The group utilized Miro to organize shared topics, which top voted selections were "Meta measurement & performance" and "Tiktok Content & Affiliate Strategy". Members shared resource recommendations, agency experiences, and content tactics. Action items focused on testing TikTok and improving SEO for AI tools and assisted shopping.

Below were some mentioned resources:

May 16 – Cohort Kickoff (Virtual)

Cohort Kickoffs are meant to introduce the concept and goals of the group, gather fellow members who have been selected to participate, and determine the ultimate foundation, as discussed and chosen by its members. From the cadence and commitment level to the topics, the co-leads will consider all input in an effort to provide the most value.

The group determined that monthly Founder Friday meetings would be the commitment, with a grace of two missed meetings. Over that, you may not be invited to join the group for future meetings. The goal is to have consistent, collaborative opportunities to work through challenges, share successes and build camaraderie as a community.
