A Celebration of Connection, Wisdom, and Legacy:
The Executive Women's Circle Women's History Month Brunch Recap
Our celebratory launch of the new DEN Women Cohort was through a new event series including powerhouse women, bountiful floral and an emphasis on high-impact networking.
In celebration of Women’s History Month, The DEN proudly partnered with Magnet to host an unforgettable Executive Women Circle Brunch at the stunning Pink Pier in NYC—an afternoon designed to spark meaningful dialogue, inspire action, and honor the collective power of women in leadership.
With a panoramic waterfront view and a vibrant energy in the air, the event brought together women across industries—from finance to fashion, tech to media—each contributing their wisdom, authenticity, and brilliance to the shared experience. The group was spoiled by members through gifting from companies such as Bouqs, Hanky Panky and Venus et Fleur. Check them out below!
19 Questions to Connection
Kicking off the day, attendees were invited to take part in a thoughtful icebreaker: 19 Questions to Connection—a nod to the 19th Amendment, symbolizing a turning point for women’s rights and a launchpad for progress.
Each guest received a unique card with a paired match to find, sparking rich conversation through reflective prompts like:
-
What’s your ultimate power outfit?
-
Morning routine that fuels your day?
-
How do you prepare before an important meeting or pitch?
The room buzzed with authentic stories and new connections were made. We captured some of their answers on video—check out some of the inspiring clips below!
Circles of Wisdom
The conversation deepened in cozy, glass-enclosed igloos stationed along the pier, where small groups of six leaders gathered for Circles of Wisdom. These micro-forums invited reflection on powerful questions:
- What legacy do you hope to leave for future women leaders?
- Which historical woman leader would you invite to this brunch and why?
The women also engaged in a Challenge & Solution round—sharing real-time leadership hurdles and workshopping actionable insights together. The session concluded with “Connection Commitments”—a pledge to follow up with at least one fellow attendee post-event, turning inspiration into action.
